Diyafa Specialist Trainings


The Diyafa Training Program is designed to offer hygiene and safety certification to local professionals. The training sessions are conducted by leading international trainers from safety and hygiene industry giants Boecker International.

Participants are awarded with international certifications and a wealth of know- how that helps them compete with the region’s best hospitality staff.

Last year, world-leading experts, Boecker International offered free foodhandling interactive workshops. Despite their large number and capacity, every single session was fully booked. Hundreds of participants, from front-line employees to high-level executives in Qatar’s hospitality industry, flocked to attend these sessions, attracted by their informative value and the trainers global recognition.


The training is supported by an array of hands- on products and services available for the food handlers like digital thermometers, data logger, color coded cutting boards as well as awareness posters and visual aids.
